Ich muss gestehen, dass ich manchmal ganz gerne Pressemeldungen bekomme. Allen voran dann, wenn es um Previews und Lookbooks von meinen liebsten Labels geht. So landete vor wenigen Wochen das Lookbook für AW 12/13 von 5PREVIEW in meinem Postfach und ich dachte mir sofort: "Das ist mal wieder eine Kollektion, die es wert ist, gepostet zu werden!"
Es ist momentan zwar sowas wie Sommer, aber bei den Temperaturen
schweifen meine Gedanken eh oftmals in Richtung Herbst und Winter ab,
weswegen ich euch "Work in Progress" auch jetzt im Juni nicht
vorenthalten will.

Like old favourites found in a thrift store. Strong colors, crazy interseasonal patterns and multicolor knits."
Die Kollektion scheint fast schizophrene Züge zu haben, denn die Palette reicht von dunklen, groben Stücken aus Strick und schwerer Wolle bis hin zu leichten Shirts, Blusen, Röcken und Jumpsuits mit bunten, grafischen Prints. Aber genau diese Vielfalt, gepaart mit dem Blick für Ästhetik und Zeitgeschmack, macht 5PREVIEW zu einem meiner liebsten Labels.
